123 Pet for Android Devices

BRIGHTON, Mich.—DaySmart Software Inc.—makers of the pet grooming salon software, 123Pet—has released the 123Pet Android app, which runs on any mobile device that runs Android.

123Pet users can use the free app remotely to schedule and view appointments, add and edit pet information and clients, map clients’ home addresses, run sales reports and view product information.

“We received a lot of requests for this feature,” said Christianna Jackson, DaySmart vice president. “Owners of pet grooming salons would like to access these features from home or to check in while they are on vacation. Employees also like the flexibility of being able to check their schedules from home or on their phones while they are out and about.”

In other 123Pet software news, the pet-based software has partnered with Dell to offer customized hardware and computer packages. 123Pet has worked closely with Dell to test and offer hardware packages that are designed especially for grooming businesses and pet stores of all sizes.
