Nash Training System Now Available to Schools

February 10,2010

LEXINGTON, Ky.—Until now, the Nash System has been utilized solely by the Nash Academy. And while Nash will continue to hold all rights to its educational material, copyrights and trademarks, it is now planning to offer its system to new and existing schools that seek to prepare the best pet care professionals.

“Our online courses are unique to the industry because they are instructor driven,” says Vivian Nash. “Students enter a virtual classroom with their online instructor to discuss the course material, conduct a search and fetch assignment, complete study questions and then take a unit test, making the Nash educational experience comparable to the most professional, in-depth technical schooling available.”

The software also includes Pet Client Tracking, Prospective Student Tracking and Attending Student Tracking, all integrated and utilizing the same technology and terminology. The Nash Academy will offer assistance to individuals utilizing the Nash System to acquire state approval, student loans and state funding. Nash will also offer online courses, manuals and discussion forums for employee training to assist new schools in building a strong administrative and instructor team.

“With schools, salons, students and pet care professionals speaking the same language, and with access to the same base of dog knowledge, the professionalism and clarity of communication in our industry will be substantially enhanced,” said John Nash.
